Every year ACV \u2013 CSC\u00a0takes action on the 28th<\/sup> of April to raise awareness around health and safety at work. \u00a0In 2015 focusing on the REFIT-program of the European Commission, several problems within the\u00a0dangerous substances legislation\u00a0 (occupational limit values, carcinogens and reprotoxic substances) and organising\u00a0a large information campaign on the use of dangerous substances. Following actions took place:<\/p>\n

  1. In all Belgian companies with workers representatives, but also in some SME\u2019s ACV-CSC distributed leaflets with information on the safe use of dangerous substances, employers and workers obligations. (leaflet in French<\/a>\u00a0and Dutch<\/a>\u00a0)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

ACV-CSC\u00a0prepared a publication on the REFIT-program of the European Commission to explain what it is really about, a deregulation of workers rights, also in the field of health and safety (link to the REFIT-publication in French<\/a>\u00a0\u2022\u00a0\u00a0More information.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
