Oloka Mesilamu, General Secretary of the Uganda Building Workers&#8217; Union, narrated the tragic fire that broke out last January at the Hima Cement factory, a subsidiary of Holcim, in the Kasese District of Western Uganda. He said that three workers died and several others were critically injured.
